Right of Withdrawal

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return Policy)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a voluntary 30-day right of return.
You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they:

  • are unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • are attached to all tags
  • are returned in the original packaging
  • include proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance at support@akroma-trading.de
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and further instructions. Returns without prior request cannot be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special-order or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to receive the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item as a separate purchase.

European Union – 14 Day Cancellation Period

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
