Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (as of September 10, 2025)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all purchases from Akroma Trading GmbH(www.akroma-shop.de, hereinafter referred to as "Akroma" or "Seller") made by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
The contract language is German. By placing an order, you expressly accept these GTC.
2. Conclusion of Contract
1.The presentation of our goods in the online shop is not a binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer.
2. By submitting your order via the "Pay Now" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
3. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not constitute acceptance of the offer.
4. A purchase contract is only concluded when we confirm the shipment of the goods by email (shipping confirmation) or ship the goods to you.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
1. All prices are final prices including statutory VAT (where applicable).
2. Shipping costs will also apply, which will be stated during the ordering process.
3. For cross-border deliveries, additional charges (e.g., customs duties) may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
4. In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse the shipping costs for the shipment in accordance with statutory provisions.
4. Payment
1. Invoices and credit notes are issued exclusively electronically.
2. We offer the following payment methods, among others: credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna (invoice, installment purchase, Sofort), Sofortüberweisung, SEPA direct debit.
3. Payments are partly processed via external payment service providers. Their terms and conditions and privacy policy also apply.
4. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
5. Late Payment
In the event of late payment, we charge default interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate (§§ 286, 288 BGB). Further claims for damages remain reserved.
6. Offsetting and Right of Retention
Offsetting is only possible with undisputed or legally established claims. A right of retention only exists if your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

7. Delivery
1. Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provide within the EU. Deliveries to other countries are possible upon request.
2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery times within Germany are 3–7 working days. Different delivery times may apply for other countries.
3. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes), the obligation to perform ceases. Any amounts already paid will be refunded.
8. Returns / Cancellation
1. Please use the original packaging for returns if possible.
2. After approval of the return, we will provide you with a fully stamped and addressed return label. The use of this shipping method is voluntary; if you choose a different shipping method, you will be responsible for any additional costs.
3. The statutory cancellation rights apply. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Akroma until full payment has been received.
10. Warranty Rights / Warranty
1. The statutory warranty rights apply (24 months from delivery).
2. In particular, no warranty claim shall apply in the following cases:
o Damage caused by improper use,
o External influences (heat, moisture, power fluctuations, etc.),
o Repairs by unauthorized third parties.
3. Subsequent performance will be carried out at your discretion by repair or replacement, where reasonable.
4. In the event of a return, please remove any belongings from the goods. We assume no liability for their loss.
5. After two failed attempts at subsequent performance, you may withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.
11. Liability
1. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, limb, or health, as well as under the Product Liability Act.
2. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations ("cardinal obligations") and only for foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
3. Further liability is excluded.
12. Product Images / Copyright
1. Images in the shop are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the delivered goods.
2. All content (text, images, logos) is subject to copyright and may only be used for private purposes.
13. Applicable Law
German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which you purchased your goods shall apply.
14. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Place of Jurisdiction
If you do not have a residence in Germany or your residence is unknown, the place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
16. Severability Clause / Amendments
1. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions of the contract remain valid.
2. Amendments or additions must be made in writing.
3. The version of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order shall apply.
